Powered by blogger attribution is a gadget which lets you edit gadget but you can't remove this gadget like other gadgets in blogger.
Well this is completely unnecessary if you're using blogger templates but still of you want to remove this then follow these steps:-

- Open blogger
- Go to 'Template' and select 'Customize'
- Now click on 'Advanced' and scroll down to 'Add CSS'
- Copy and paste this code in that box.
